The Government education system in the Solomon Islands is under resourced, is not compulsory and neither is it free. School fees vary from school to school as well as changing between levels in primary, secondary and tertiary institutions. With only 60% of school age children having access to primary education, many children simply "miss out" on an education because of the cost. SWIM seeks to assist as many children as possible by obtaining their education. Your donation will help us provide tuition fees, school supplies and uniforms for students in all levels of their schooling.
