God is pouring out his Holy Spirit upon these men so that every evangelist is able to proclaim and teach the good news and equip others also.
1 Timothy 5:18 - For Scripture says, “Do not muzzle an ox while it is treading out the grain,” and “The worker deserves his wages.”
